15 teams vie for MCA 40-Over League

15 teams pooled into three groups are participating in the ongoing fourth Ceylon Biscuits Ltd., (CBL) sponsored Munchee Trophy – MCA 40-Over League Tournament 2025.

At the completion of 18 matches, The Recovery Room is heading Group A followed by Peoples Leasing Co.; unbeaten, HNB Finance is heading Group B, followed by Power Hand Plantation; unbeaten Central Finance is heading Group C, followed by Seylan Bank.

Seylan Bank beat Delmage Group by 9 wickets.

Colombo Dockyard beat Peoples Leasing Co. by 6 wickets.

HNB Finance beat Abans Group by 7 runs.

Seylan Bank beat Millenium IT by 2 runs (match reduced to 15 overs a side, due to wet ground conditions).

The Recovery Room beat Colombo Dockyard by 2 wickets.
