16 boys’ teams and 12 girls’ teams vie for honours at Sri Lankasports.com U15 Handball Challenge

16 boys and 12 girls teams schools will battle for the glory as the Sri Lankasports.com handball Challenge 2012 under 15 schools’ handball competition unfolds at the D S Senanayake College indoor Stadium from 24th and 25th March 2012.

Sri Lanka’s first sports website-www.srilankasports.com is organising this event with the assistance of the Sri Lanka Schools’ Handball Association.

Boys’ teams will compete in four groups of four while 12 girls’ teams will compete in four groups of three. These schools were selected on the performance at the National schools handball competition held in last November

This event goes to the history as Sri Lanka’s first ever U15 schools indoor handball tournament held in Sri Lanka.

The tournament will be held for cup, Plate and Bowl Championships and Sri Lankasports.com intends giving away a certificate of participation for all the players with the official certification from the Sri Lanka Schools Handball Association

Group C – Buddhist Ladies College Colombo, Anula vidyalaya A –Nugegoda, Devi Balika MV –B, Colombo

Group D- Good Shepard Convent-Kotahena, Boralesgamuwa MV, St Paul’s B- Milagiriya
