8th AmCham Bowling Tournament to be held next Saturday

The American Chamber of Commerce in Sri Lanka (AmCham) will conduct its annual Bowling Tournament for the eighth consecutive year on Saturday, 3 November from 12 noon onwards at the Strikes Bowling Centre, Excel World Entertainment Park.

Over 100 participants are expected to take part in this year’s tournament – with a number of leading corporates already signed up. Nations Trust Bank is a co-sponsor of the event.

Last year, Dr. Fone emerged Champions of the Tournament with a final score of 781 points. Smart Technologies ‘Redbacks’ were the 1st runners-up with 774 points and Commercial Bank ‘Com Bank’ was adjudged the 2nd runner-up with 732 points.

The top three highest scoring teams will be awarded trophies, medals and exciting prizes. The tournament also awards the best male and female player as well.
