Abzal and Anuradha pulls out

Former Kingswood, Police SC and current Navy SC play maker, Mohamed Abzal pulled of the training sessions for the Asia Rugby Championship which will take place in Taipei end of the month. One of the best products to come out of the Randles Hill School will be missed as he is a utility player.

Former Peterite and CH & FC’s dashing Winger, Anuradha Herath too pulled out of the tour due to a knee injury sustained in the league. Sri Lanka pool is now reduced to 32 players with the final tour squad of 26 will be made next week. Team is under the watchful eyes of New Zealander, Matt Lee with Fazil Marija and Viraj Prasanna assisting him.
