Afghanistan to play ODI series in June

Afghanistan men’s cricket team will make a three-match ODI tour of Sri Lanka in June.

The matches are meant to be part of the preparation for the Sri Lanka national team ahead of their 2023 World Cup qualification round matches in Zimbabwe in June.

Afghanistan will arrive in Sri Lanka on 29 May and play the three ODI matches at the Mahinda Rajapaksa International Cricket Stadium in Hambantota on 2, 4 and 7 June. All matches will be day games.
