All-Island Under 12 football to identify the best players

All-Island Under 12 football tournament was organised by MILO and the Sri Lanka Schools Football Association in preparation for the ‘MILO Champions Cup’ in order to identify and select the most talented to represent Sri Lanka at Barcelona.

Based on the skills and values demonstrated at the provincial matches, the final squad of football players were drafted in to the final tournament, which is to be followed with a coaching camp. Finals will be played at the Jayatilleke Stadium in Nawalapitiya on 23 – 24 June with the coaching to take place on 29 – 30 June at the Vernon Fernando Stadium in Kalutara. The selected eight players will represent Sri Lanka in the MILO Champions Cup in Barcelona.
