In a fiercely contested All India Junior Golf Championship, all three Sri Lankan golfers have successfully made the cut, highlighting their talent and determination. The tournament features top junior talent across categories, with Veer Ganapathy from India leading segment A with a total score of 142, while Kartik Singh dominates Category B with an impressive 137.
Among the Sri Lankan players, Adhithya Weerasinghe has been the standout performer, securing 13th place with a gross score of 149. In a field where only 22 players advanced, his performance stands out as a beacon of hope. With two more solid rounds he is tipped be in top 10.
Reshan Algama, another prominent junior from Sri Lanka, closely trails with a score of 151. Both players have displayed consistency and resilience, keeping them in contention for a strong finish. Meanwhile, Thejas Rathis Kanth concluded his rounds with a gross score of 162, gaining valuable experience in this highly competitive environment. Thejas was a private entry.
