The annual coach education program, organised by the Central Province Cricket Association (CPCA), will be conducted by the Education Unit of Sri Lanka Cricket at Pallekelle on 24 and 25 September.
Nearly 100 coaching personnel will attend the two-day workshop. There will be also a coaching camp to select 25 wicketkeepers from the Central Province which will take place under the guidance of former national cricketer Prasanna Jayawardena.
Meanwhile, a talent search to identify the 25 best emerging fast bowlers in the area will also take place, led by former Test cricketer Ravindra Pushpakumara.
All three programs will be coordinated by Amila Pinnaduwe under the guidance of CPCA Secretary Janaka Pathirana. (SJ)
