Asanga appointment a major honour for SL Rugby

Jamaldeen in Asia Rugby Referees committee

Both former Sri Lanka Rugby President Asanga Seneviratne and Sri Lanka Referees Society President Nizam Jamaldeen were appointed to top positions at the Asia Rugby (AR) recently.

Jamaldeen was appointed Deputy of the Asia Rugby Referees Committee while Seneviratne will head the Competition Committee. Seneviratne played for St. Thomas, CR & FC and the national outfit while Jamaldeen turned out for Isipathana, Police SC and the National XV A Side teams.
