Host Malaysia won the Asia Rugby Under 18 Boys Sevens 2018 at the EduCity Stadium in Johor Bahru Malaysia when they edged out China 19/17 in the seven teams event. This event was played on a round robin format with all teams playing each other once. After the two days competition the following were the standing of the teams.
