CASA 23 Six-a-Side softball cricket tourney tomorrow

Ceylon Association of Shipping Agents (CASA) will conduct the 23 annual CASA Six-a-side Softball cricket tournament this Saturday (26 March) at the NCC grounds in Colombo. 

55 men’s teams and 16 women’s teams are set to take part in this year’s tournament and the organisers expect a large spectator turnout for the event.

 The tournament which was initiated with the hope of building camaraderie amongst employees of different shipping agents sees the active participation of Sri Lanka Ports Authority, South Asia Gateway Terminal, Colombo International Container Terminal, Sri Lanka Customs, Colombo Dockyard, and Hambantota International Port Group, in addition to CASA members. 

Salota International Ltd. is the main event sponsor of this year’s event, which is also supported by South Asia Gateway Terminal, Colombo International Container Terminal, Hambantota International port group, Colombo Logistics, Colombo Dockyard, Centrum Maritime, CL Synergy, and Abanchy Ceylon.
