Grand Final – Champions

The CDB-sponsored MCA Open Cricket Sixes Challenge Trophy 2019 concluded its final match at the MCA Cricket Grounds on Sunday 1 September. Despite constant showers, during play, MAS Silueta emerged champions, beating LB Finance by 4 wickets.

The final match was held between LB Finance and MAS Silueta. LB Finance batted first, scoring 70/4, with Angelo Perera being the top contributor with a knock of 24 runs. Chasing down the target of 71 in 5 overs, Nimenda from Silueta led the way with the match’s highest individual score, hitting 26 of their eventual 74/2 total, leading Silueta to the trophy.

Citizens Development Business Finance PLC sponsored the MCA Open Cricket Sixes for the third consecutive year, establishing its commitment towards sports.
