CEYFFA Shuttles 2019 a great success

CEYFFA Shuttles inter-company badminton tournament organised by the Ceylon Freight & Logistics Association was held on 12 November at THE S. Thomas’ College Sports Complex, Mt. Lavinia with over 100 players participating, representing nearly 40 member organisations. 

The main sponsor for CEYFFA Shuttles 2019 was McLarens Group, and one of the highlights of the event was the curtain-raiser match played between the McLarens Group Chairman Rohan De Silva and a few other players.

Sea Master Shipping emerged as the champions in the group event. The veterans men’s singles and doubles events were clinched by Ecu Line Lanka, and Sea Master Shipping emerged winners in the men’s open singles. Goodrich Lanka emerged winners in the men’s open doubles, while CWT Globelink clinched the women’s singles, and Navoka Shipping & Logistics emerged winners in the women’s doubles.
