CR and FC AGM on 16 June

Ceylonese Rugby and Football Club (CR and FC) will hold its Annual General Meeting on 16 June at the Scrum Down Pavilion at Longdon Place.

Kick-off is scheduled at 6.30 p.m.

Former Royal 1982 skipper and national player, Ted Muttiah will end his 3 years term as the President of the cub after doing some yeoman service for the club and upliftment of sports at the Red Shirts. He was also instrumental in conducting an International Rugby Sevens to celebrate their Centenary year which will take place in tandem each year. Another top class administrator, former Trinity rugby (1980), Cricket (1981) skipper of Trinity and Ryde Gold Medallist (1980), Tikiri Ellepola is tipped to take over the Presidency of the Longdon Place Club.(SJ)
