CR screens RWC 2023 opener

Over  600 members and invitees were at CR to witness the RWC opening encounter between NZ and France

CR and FC screened the Rugby World Cup 2023 opening encounter between hosts France and New Zealand on 8 September for its members and invitees.

The event was attended by New Zealand High Commissioner Michael Appleton and France’s Deputy Head of Mission Marie-Noelle Duris on the invitation of CR and FC President Tikiri Ellepola and his committee. Over 600 of its members also witnessed the thrilling encounter.

The Club has made all arrangements to telecast the Games on Giant screens from the knockout stages.
