Central Bank’s Mayadunne wins three Golds at Nationalised Services Athletic Championship 

At the recently-concluded Nationalised Services Annual Championship 2019, the Central Bank of Sri Lanka staff officer Niroshan Mayadunne excelled in 35 age group track events by wining Gold medals in all three events – 100 m, 200 m and 400 m with two new meet records in 200 m (24.5 sec) and 400 m (54.1 sec). Mayadunne, the Sri Lanka number one runner in the 400 m in age group 35, is selected to represent the Sri Lanka at the 21st Asian Master Athletic Championship to be held in Malaysia in December. He is being coached by Amila Prasanna.
