Central Province wins hockey encounter

• 45th Annual National Sports Festival 2019

The Sports Ministry organised 45th Annual National Sports festival hockey encounter both Men’s and Women’s was accounted by the Central Province. This event took place at the Astro Turf yesterday.

In the Men’s event,defending championsCentral Province beat Western Province 6/2 while in the second event Southern Province beat North Western 4/3.

In the Women’s segment, first semi-final Western Province beat Southern Province 4/0, while in the second encounter Defending Champions, Central beat Eastern easily by 11/0.
