The four-team SLC Skyexch Invitational T20 cricket league concluded successfully at the R Premadasa Stadium on Monday with SLC Reds led by Kusal Mendis emerging winners and collecting a cheque for

SLC Reds captain Kusal Mendis with the Man of the Final and Best Batsman of the Tournament awards

Rs. 1 million. Mendis also picked up two other individual awards as Man of the Final (Rs. 75,000) and Best Batsman of the Tournament (Rs. 150,000). A second player from the champion side Asitha Fernando won the Player of the Tournament award of Rs. 250,000.

SLC Blues led by Dhananjaya de Silva ended runner-up and received a cheque for Rs. 750,000. SLC Blues Praveen Jayawickrama won the Rs. 150,000 Best Bowler of the Tournament award.

The team and individual awards were presented by SLC Vice President Dr. Jayantha Dharmadasa, SLC Tournament Committee Chairman Samantha Dodanwela and John Keells Holding Walkers Tour Sports Management Sector Head Sandeep Jayawardena.
