Chang Chairman of Women’s High Performance

S.W. Chang

Former Trinity, Havies, one of the top class referees and administrators S.W. Chang was appointed as the Chairman of Women’s High Performance with Sri Lanka Rugby with immediate effect.

Chang was one of the leading referees with more than 16 years’ experience, Assistant National Coach and Manager of the National team as well. After retiring from refereeing he coached several Colombo schools as well. (SJ)
