Colombo Women was crowned the first-ever champions of the Women’s NSL T20 Tournament conducted by Sri Lanka Cricket, crushing Dambulla Women by nine wickets in the final played at the Colts grounds on Tuesday.

An all-round bowling performance saw Dambulla Women being dismissed for 82 in 18.3 overs. Colombo Women knocked the runs off in 16.5 overs scoring 85-1.

The awards at the end of the final were presented by Head of High-Performance Centre Tim McCaskill, Head of National Cricket Operations Chinthaka Edirimanne and Tournament Committee member Deepal Madurapperuma.
