DS to lock horns with Mahanama in rugby today

DS Senanayake College will play Mahanama College in their 15th Annual Battle of the Holds ruby encounter which will take place today (18 August) at Havelock Park.

Though DS missed out on the Super Round they have performed well under their head Coach Asela Deshapriya this season. They beat Antonians, Kingswood, Wesley and S. Thomas. They are led by Jayathus Rajaratna. 

Mahanama too did well to beat St. Benedict’s, St. Sylvester’s and Sumangala in their Segment 1 Division B. They are led by Jineth Bethmika this season.
