Dilroy felicitated by Asia Rugby

Asia Rugby (AR) felicitated the top rugby officials around the Asian Region with a special ceremony held in UAE recently.

For his exceptional work towards years of dedication, developing match officials in Sri Lanka and across Asia, ‎the Asia Rugby ‘Carlson Lin Match Officiating Award’ was presented to former Isipathana, CR and FC and national player, and one of the former top referees in Sri Lanka Dilroy Fernando from Sri Lanka. Dilroy is a former international referee and currently a World Rugby Trainer for the Match Officials. ‎
