Former Vidyartha College and one of the young referees, Dilum Deeshana based in Japan officiated as a referee at the Japan Women’s Rugby Sevens Tournament 2024 which was organised by Japan Rugby Union (JRU) recently. The seve’ns series took place in Kumagaya in Japan. (SJ)
