Donald Steel Trophy tees off today at Victoria Golf Resort

Donald Steel Trophy 2023 will tee off today at 6.30 a.m. at the Victoria Golf Resort in Rajawella. This year will see more than 100 golfers teeing off in the annual event which will 18 hole stableford Gross and nett formats.  Seniors’ event and GM’s trophy will also take place on the initial day while the Bostock pots will be held on 19 February in Texas scramble format.

Niloo Jayathilake (Ladies) and K Danushan (Men’s) will defend their Gross title while Ahalya Rajan (Ladies) and Tharusha Pilapitiya (Men’s) will defend the net title which they won at the last event. (SJ)
