Workout.lk together with the Hatch is organising an event titled ‘IRONMAN and IRONWOMEN of Sri Lanka’ on Thursday, 10 January, from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Hatch, No 14, Sir Baron Jayathilake Mawatha, Colombo 1. An event that will host a panel of local triathletes headed by Ranjan Thananyagam, a long distance endurance athlete with 16 full distance IRONMAN Races under his belt and multiple IRONMAN 70.3 triathlon race finishes.

Speakers for the day’s event will include Yasas Hewage, Julian Bolling and features IRONMAN participants Khalid Oshman, Denis Crassier and Sheron Mendis. The event is set to include discussions and awe-inspiring talks on motivation and the journey to success, the peak of their athletic careers, and their own rough patches, from which they learnt perhaps the most valuable lessons. The event is free for all to experience and will hopefully allow all participants to succeed in receiving the push they need for an inspiring start to the year.
