Entries for Travel Trade Bowling Championship open till Wednesday

The 20th edition of the Travel Trade Sports Club Bowling Championships 2023 will be held on Saturday, 11 November at the Strikes Cosmic Bowling Centre, TB Jayah Mawatha, Colombo 10 from 11 am onwards.

Entries are invited from the 170 strong Travel Trade SC affiliated member firms, and will close with Ms. Gayani Karunaratne C/o Aitken Spence Travels, Vauxhall Tower II 4th Floor, Colombo 2 at 3 p.m. on 8 November 2023.

This popular event is the 6th tournament on the TTSC multi sports events calendar, having earlier completed the Carom, Pool, Indoor Softball Cricket “Sixes”, Soccer Sevens and Archery.

In the previous tournament held on 26 November 2022, at the same venue, debutants, ITQ Lanka “Legends” emerged as the new Gold Winner; Exotic Holidays “B” won the Silver and Aitken Spence Travels “A” won the Bronze. 

Rizwan Mannan from Exotic Holidays “B” with a grand total of 405 points in 3 rounds was adjudged as the Most Outstanding player of the tournament.
