Ethipola as Antonians’ backs coach

Darshana Ethipola

Former Rajans Rugby skipper of 2009, Kandy Sports Club and national Sevens player Darshana Ethipola will be Katugastota Antonians’ Under-19 backs and Under-18 Head Coach for the 2025 rugby season.

World Rugby Level 1 and 2 qualified Ethipola earlier coached Rajans in several age groups. He is also the Army Gajaba regiment coach. In the Mercantile segment, he coached MAS, Sampath Bank, and Malwatte Valley Plantations.

He will work under Head Coach Saliya Kumara. (SJ)
