FFSL receives nominations for 2021-2025 elections

The nominations for the upcoming elections of the Football Federation of Sri Lanka (FFSL) closed at 11:00 a.m. on 20 April for the period of 2021-2025.

Accordingly, President of the Kalutara Football League Dr. V. Manil Fernando was nominated for the post of President of the FFSL by 42 out of 61 football leagues (FL) affiliated to the FFSL with voting rights. 

Dr. V. Manil Fernando’s team comprises of: 

Vice President 

President of Mercantile Football League, Founder/Owner Colombo FC and EFL Managing Director Saif Yusoof.

Ratnapura FL President and Sri Lanka Volleyball Association President Hon. Kanchana Jayaratne.

Mannar FL President and Mannar City Worship Mayor G.A. Davidson.

Mawanella FL President Abdul Gaffar.

Secretary 

Polgahawela FL President Anura de Silva.

Deputy Secretary – Administration

Matara FL Secretary T.H.S. Indika.
