FlyHi Sports Rugby Academy Tournament to kick off on 30 March

The FlyHi Sports Rugby Academy, established in 2024 as the foundation for nurturing young talent, instilling discipline, and shaping the future of the sport, will hold the Inter Academy Rugby Tournament 2025 on 30 March at Havelock Park.

Kick-off is at 7.30 a.m.

This event will feature age groups Under-10, 12, and 14, allowing over 300 budding athletes to test their skills in a competitive environment. Such tournaments not only foster a love for the game but also teach valuable life lessons—teamwork, perseverance, and respect.

An academy is more than just a place to train; it is a classroom of team work, where players learn to balance physical endurance with mental toughness. More than just training centres, they are institutions of learning, where players develop technical skills, tactical intelligence, and leadership qualities. Programs like those at FlyHi Sports emphasise internationally benchmarked training, ensuring players are equipped with the skills necessary to excel both on and off the field.
