Former Royalist Sarath Perera heads KSC

Former Royalist, Sarath Perera was elected as the President of the Kandy Sports Club at their Annual General Meeting (AGM) which took place at their Club house in Nittawela yesterday. The club will celebrate its 150th year in 2024, be defending the League title when they lock horns in November.

Sri Lanka Cricket Exco member, Janaka Pathirana will continue as one of the Vice Presidents of the century plus year old Up Country Club. Former Kingswoodian, Lavanga Perera will lead their rugby outfit for 2023/2024 season. They will not have any changes in the coaching staff as Fazil Marija will head the coaching unit with Buddhika Thalagampola assisting him.
