The 20th David Pieris Group of Companies sponsored, “DPGC” Challenge Trophy – MCA “F” division 25 Over League Tournament 2023 will continue this weekend 18-19 March a card of 16 half day matches.

Last week Lahiru Lakshitha from Expolanka, Geeth Sankalpa from MAS Active, Nirmal Rajapaksa from Certis Lanka and Dhanaja Edirisinghe from Softlogic Life scored centuries.

Lahiru Lakshitha – 126 in 71 balls, inclusive of 09 sixes and 09 fours (Expolanka Vs. Commercial Credit); Geeth Sankalpa – 114 in 47 balls, inclusive of 09 sixes and 08 fours (MAS Active Vs. Atire) ; Nirmal Rajapaksa – 124 in 84 balls, inclusive of 05 sixes and 17 fours (Certis Lanka Vs. Cargills Bank);  Dhanaja Edirisinghe – 100  not out in 73 balls, inclusive of 02 sixes and 12 fours (Softlogic Life Vs. SAGT)

Unilever – 146/6 (25) beat Asiri Hospitals – 126/9 (25) by 20 runs.

Softlogic Life – 178/6 (25) beat SAGT – 125 (24.3) by 53 runs 

Expolanka – 227/1 (25) beat Commercial Credit – 72 (19.1) by 155 runs

Slim Pharma  Vs. Commercial  Bank “B” ; Certis Lanka Vs. Cargills Bank ;  GS Health Vs. Certis Lanka ; Cargills Bank Vs. Std. Chartered Bank , all ended in No –Results, due to rain.
