Gunawardanae launches book on sports training

Veteran author Lalith Gunawardanae launched his latest Sinhala book on track and field titled ‘Sports Training through the Vision of a Scientist’ at a ceremony held in Colombo recently. Gunawardanae, winner of the ‘Kreeda Prabha’ Award at the 2019 Presidential Sports Awards Ceremony, has provided a great amount of insight on how athletes could train without the services of a coach.
