HFC Wennappuwa wins 39th National School Games Hockey

Holy Family Convent, Wennappuwa beat Sangamitta Girls, Matale by 4/0 on the 39th National School Games Hockey 2024 final which concluded at the Asgiriya Stadium in Kandy recently.

Nipuni Ishara who scored 3 goals won the Best Player award as well for the winner. One more solitary goal was scored by Hasarali Nethprabha.

Janadhipathi Nawala beat Bishops 2/1 in the 3rd place play off.
