Havies continue winning streak

Havelock Sports Club continued their winning streak in the Dialog Inter Club League 2018/2019 when they beat Navy SC by a 22 points (two goals, one try, one penalty) to 18 points (one goal, one try, two penalties) win at Havelock Park under lights yesterday. 

Ariyapala and Sashan Mohamed scored the Havies first-half tries. Full-back Reza Mubarak goaled one of them while for the Sailors, Thilina Weerasinghe put over the two first-half penalties.

In the second half, Sashan Mohamed scored his second try of the match. Reza converted from a difficult angle plus put over a penalty for the Havies. Thilina Weerasinghe and Kavindu Silva scored the Navy tries.
