Hutch Inter Dealer Cricket Tournament 2018 concludes successfully

Hutch, Sri Lanka’s rapidly-growing mobile broadband operator, recently held its annual Inter Dealer Cricket Match for the sixth year in succession at the Nuwara Eliya Race Course.

40 teams representing 40 Hutch dealer outlets from across Sri Lanka took part in friendly competition as they battled for the coveted Inter Dealer Trophy 2018. Gampaha Unitel Team was able to bag the Championship as a result of its exciting all-round performance. 

A large contingent of Hutch team members was also in attendance to witness the exciting cricketing action and encourage their dealer network partners. 

The Hutch Inter Dealer Cricket Tournament was initiated in 2002 to encourage the team spirit of the all-inclusive sales team. The annual event brings together dealers and their staff, who play a key role in the successful deployment of Hutch’s products and services across the island, while celebrating their commitment to the Hutch brand and giving them a day of fun and excitement. The event is one of several activities Hutch organises throughout the year for its expanding dealer network.
