IImpact Hoop Lab hosts IImpact Basketball League Season 2 Draft Night

The IImpact Basketball League, organised by IImpact Hoop Lab, a premier skill-based basketball academy, hosted its Season 2 Draft Night at the prestigious Cinnamon Grand Colombo on 29 August.

The event was a significant milestone in the League’s journey, bringing together emerging basketball talents, coaches, and fans for an evening filled with excitement and strategic team-building.

Held in the luxurious setting of Cinnamon Grand Colombo, the Draft Night was a resounding success, setting the stage for an even more thrilling second season. Teams such as Eagles, Slam City, Lion Hearts, and Dribble Elites carefully selected their rosters from a pool of top players at training at IImpact, ensuring fierce competition in the upcoming season.

Event highlights included:

Player selections: Teams made their picks from the most promising talents.
Special appearances: The event was graced by parents of the players, media, and the basketball community.
Fan engagement: The league provided media coverage and exclusive behind-the-scenes content on its social media platforms, allowing fans to be a part of the excitement and witness the birth of new basketball stars.

The league features four competitive teams: IImpact Lion Hearts, sponsored by KJ Group; Slam City, supported by Prabhu Deepan; Dribble Elites, backed by Oplee; and Impact Eagles, with sponsorship from Mackly.
