Inter Schools Under 20 Rugby League 2023 to kick off next month

The much looked forward Inter Schools Rugby league 2023 will kick off mid next month with Isipathana College playing as the defending champions. 

The Green Machine will be led by with Saliya Kumara continuing as their head Coach. They will play against Kingswood College in their opening game. They will be led by Naveen Kanishka.

There will be 7 teams on each group in Division 1, Segment A. After the first round matches top 2 teams in each group will play cross the other top two teams in the other group to determine the final League winner.

Meanwhile both Trinity College and Royal College have temporarily kept the Bradby Shield games days for 22 July (First leg) and 5 August (Second Leg). The final decision on this Blue Ribbon rugby encounter the much looked forward event for the Schools rugby will be known in the near future after the discussions with other schools by Sri Lanka Schools Rugby Football Association (SSRFA).
