The Inter Club Rugby league C division will kick off with 24 teams locking horns in 4 different groups. This tournament will kick off on 21 February.
The major breakthrough by Sri Lanka (SLR) according to the organisers is that a team from Jaffna too will participate after some development programs conducted by SLR in the recent past in those areas.
Pool A: Army White Hackles, Peradeniya University, Matale RFC, Army Keterians, Wariyapola RFC, Jaffna RC Pool B: Gampaha RFC, Ruhunu University, Galle CC Roosters, Southern Panthers, Army Flash, Moratuwa University
