Kandy beat Sri Lions in warm up game

Kandy Sports Club beat Sri Lions Sports Club by 19 points (3 tries, 2 conversions) to 10 points (2 tries) win in a warm up encounter which concluded at Nittawela Rugby Stadium yesterday. At the short breather Kandy led 12/10.

Kandy scored their tries through Malitha Rasmika, Dilshad Fareed and Dinal Ekanayake with Hirusha Nethmina on target with two kicks at goal. Sri Lions SC scored their two tries through Dulaj Nawodya and Danuwan Silva. The friendly game was played in three sessions each consisting of 25 minutes. Referee was Ishanka Abeykoon.
