Kandy to meet Bahrain RFC on 31 August

Once again local rugby’s defending league champions Kandy Sports Club will feature in the West Asia Rugby Championship 2018 when they host Bahrain RFC at the Nittawela Rugby Stadium on 31 August.

Kandy will miss the services of a few of their senior players who will be on duty at the Asian Games in Jakarta, Indonesia at the same time. 

A week later Kandy will take wing to Abu Dhabi where they will lock horns with the Harlequins RFC in their last group encounter. The encounter between Bahrain RFC and Harlequins will take place on 14 September in Bahrain. (SJ)
