Eight of the Kandy Sports Club players and one of the coaching staff were COVID positive after PCR tests were done yesterday.
Kandy SC have already requested for a postponement of Sunday’s game against Havies. Both teams are unbeaten at present.
Practices have been suspended for a few days by the Up-Country Club with 6 forwards and 2 backs positive. This was identified under the weekly test done by the club after the game against CR. (SJ)
