Lectra Grand Prix Monthly Medal at Victoria Golf Resort

Victoria Golf Resort (VGR) recently hosted the Lectra Grand Prix Monthly Medal for August 2024 which saw Ganeshan Sriharan ending as the overall winner.

In the Ladies Net segment, Anumi Karunathilake emerged victorious, outperforming a strong field to claim the winner’s title. Pauline Mauline secured the runner-up position in this segment.

The Gents Net competition was won by Manuel Tabolars who was in peak form pushing Nishal Hettiarachchi to runner up in this division.

The Ladies Gross segment was dominated by experienced, Ahalya Rajan, who delivered a stunning performance to claim the championship. Rudrani Davidas secured the runner-up position in this category.

In the Gents Gross division, Derrick Ponnambalam emerged victorious, outshining his competitors with his exceptional skills on the greens. Stephen Bateman took the runner-up spot in this category.

The highlight of the event was the Overall Winner, Ganeshan Sriharan, who displayed an exceptional level of skill and consistency throughout the tournament to claim the coveted title coming in to top form. (SJ)
