Madina National School will be starting rugby at the Under-14 level when they meet Sarasaviya College, Peradeniya on 14 December in Madawala in the Central Province.

This encounter will kick off at 3.00 p.m. Dhananjaya Herath, Rangana Randeniya and Heshan Gamage are the coaching staff for the Peradeniya outfit while the Madawala team is coached by former national Sevens player and Kingswood ruggerite Rizmeer Jabbar and former Air Force player Shaminda Kumara with Nazry Mohamed assisting him. Madina National School is sponsored by one of their Old Boys Faizal Amardeen, who presently resides in Australia but will be in Sri Lanka for this encounter. (SJ)
