Matt Lee takes over Navy Rugby

Former CH&FC, Trinity and current National XV's head Coach and New Zealand national, Matt Lee will take over the coaching at Navy Sports Club for their 2019/2020 rugby season.

Lee whowas with the Wellington Rugby Union came with his ample coaching experience in New Zealand took over the Trinity outfit briefly beforequitting. Later he was selected as the Head Coach for the National XV a side tour of Taipei where Sri Lanka ended as number two in the event behind Philippines. Lee also coached CH&FC during the 90’s. Navy has done well in the past but fell short in the end will be expecting a magnificent year of rugby giving their level best to safe keep the League and Clifford Cup at Welisara. (SJ)
