Mercantile Football Association knockouts kick off tomorrow

The Mercantile Football Association (MFA) will conduct its “Knock-Out” tournament 2022, from 10 to 20 January 2023 at the City League Grounds, Slave Island, Colombo 2.

The tournament will be conducted on a new format with eight teams, four teams from division “A” and four teams from division “B”, who participated in the league tournament.

• Match no. 2 – 11 January/Akbar Bros. vs. Fairfirst Insurance
• Match no. 3 – Between Ceylinco Insurance Vs. Dialog Axiata will not take place as Ceylinco Insurance has received a W/O
• Match no. 4 – 13 January/Expolanka Group vs. No Limit
• 1st Semi Final – 17 January/winner match no. 1 vs. Winner Match no. 2
• 2nd Semi Final – 18 January/Ceylinco Insurance vs. Winner Match no. 4
• Final on 20 January/winner Semi Final 1 vs. Winner SF 2
