Milo All-Island Under-14 Rugby Football: Joes secure Cup

St. Joseph’s College, Colombo, won the Cup, defeating Trinity College 14/5 in the Milo All-Island School Under-14 Rugby Tournament which took place at the Sugathadasa Stadium.

Wesley won the Plate by beating Mahanama 19/0. Vidyartha defeated Zahira 37/0 to win the Bowl while St. Benedict’s accounted for the Shield, beating Maliyadeva 22/0.

The Joes rugby team was coached by former Kingswoodian and national weightlifter Ransilu Jayathilake. (SJ)
