More MCA “D” division 40 Over League Tournament 2019 matches this weekend

Despite a splendid bowling performance by Amalka Weerasinghe (5 for 21) for Hemas Group, Heshan Flexi snatched a heart-stopping one wicket win in low scoring, 1st Coca Cola Beverages Sri Lanka Ltd.-sponsored MCA “D” division 40 Over League Tournament 2019 continued last weekend. 

Hemas Group shot out for 93 runs in 24.1 overs and Heshan Flexi huffed and puffed to score 97 for 9 in 21.5 overs.

Hirdaramani, riding on two half centuries by Udesh Villegoda (75) and Mohamed Insaf (52) registered the highest team total for the weekend – 280 in 39.4 overs & went on to win by a huge margin of 131 runs over Delmage Group.

MCA: David Pieris Motor Co. beat NDB Bank by 03 wickets; NDB – 127 (37), DPMC – 128/7 (28.2) 

Darley Road: Heshan Flexie beat Hemas Group by 01 wicket; Hemas – 93(24.1), Heshan Flexi – 97/9 (21.5)
