The Golden Putter tournament, held annually at the Nuwara Eliya Golf Club (NEGC), witnessed a thrilling display of golf with former Antonian Nadesan Krishnakumar emerging victorious, capturing the coveted trophy.

Krishnakumar, a seasoned golfer with a reputation for his impressive performances, showed his skills on the lush greens of the NEGC course. Using the Stableford scoring method, he navigated the challenging terrain with precision, amassing a remarkable tally of points throughout the round.

Leon Perera, the runner-up, also delivered a fantastic performance missing out on the top spot. Perera’s consistent play and strategic approach earned him a well-deserved second-place finish, ensuring an exciting contest. The event was organised by NEGC under the under the guidance of Brig Nanda Hathurusinghe.
