Nazeem heads WPRFU

Former Science College, CH & FC and national Sevens skipper Nazeem Mohamed was elected as the President of the Western Province Rugby Football Union at the WPRFU Annual General Meeting which took place recently.

Nazeem, currently Secretary of Sri Lanka Rugby, was to be appointed as the Vice President to SLR President Lasitha Gunaratne at the Sri Lanka Rugby AGM, which took place yesterday (30 May). He took over from former Police and national fifteens skipper Hafeez Marso.(SJ)
