Pakistan secures upgrade to Asia Rugby Division 1

Pakistan got their promotion in Asia Rugby Championship after edging out Thailand in the closest margin of 1 point separating the two teams. 

It was favouring 39/38 in the end on aggregate the cricket fame country got through with a promotion.

Pakistan lost the first game 20/15 after leading for the majority of the match despite having one player red-carded and another two sent to the sinbin. 

Pakistan trailed Thailand for 65 minutes of the second game before completing a stunning comeback victory, by 24/18. (SJ)
